Recycling the Disney Way. Deja Vu Animation.
I’m sure animation is really hard. But some Disney folk in the middle of the century were just lazy.
Walt was workin’ smart, not workin’ hard.

I notice that nearly of the examples are from Robin Hood. Did you know that the film was made during Disney’s financial slump and therefore allotted a very, very small budget? In order to produce the film, the artists referenced footage from previous animated features. So, not laziness really. Just following orders from the suits.
It’s my one of my favorite movies of all time. I had always wondered about the reused footage since I was a kid! But now knowing that, I think they did a great job–despite budget constraints. I wonder how magnificent it would have turned out had they artists been given more resources to work with.
